When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and password (stored hashed). When you use the API, we log endpoint calls, timestamps, and response times for usage tracking and rate limiting.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) track API usage against your plan limits; (c) communicate with you about your account; (d) improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Game Data

The game data we provide (revenue estimates, player counts, review data, etc.) is derived from publicly available sources including the Steam Web API, SteamSpy, Twitch API, YouTube Data API, IGDB, and Reddit. We do not collect personal data from game players.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are unique per account. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may: (a) access your personal data via the /v1/auth/me endpoint; (b) update your information in account settings; (c) request deletion of your account; (d) export your data. Contact us at [email protected] for any requests.

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
