1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PC Games Data ("PCGD", "we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PCGD provides game market intelligence data including revenue estimates, player statistics, market sizing, and competitive analysis for PC games. Data is provided via a web dashboard and REST API.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and monthly call limits based on your plan. Exceeding your plan limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. You may not resell raw API data without written permission.

6. Data Accuracy

Revenue estimates, player counts, and other metrics are estimates based on publicly available data and proprietary models. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data point. Data should be used for informational purposes and not as the sole basis for business decisions.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) scrape or bulk-download data beyond your API limits; (d) share your API key with unauthorized parties; (e) use the Service for any illegal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL PCGD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
